We are so sorry to hear about Wayne’s passing. We have many great memories of Wayne’s smile and good nature when he worked for NIC. We loved to admire the beautiful pond that he and Linda worked hard at maintaining. We feel blessed to have known him and we send our condolences to Linda and all of the family.
