Allan Fred Fidyk, 69, passed away suddenly surrounded by the love of his family. Allan was born on December 13, 1956, in Melfort to Fred and Emily Fidyk. He was raised on the family farm south of Melfort, where he developed the strong work ethic and deep love of farming that would define his life.
Allan was a passionate and hardworking farmer who dedicated countless hours to the land he loved. He took great pride in his work and was known by all who knew him as dependable, loyal, and kind. Beyond farming, Allan’s greatest joy in life was his family. He loved them more than anything and treasured every moment spent together.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 42 years, Kathy; his children, Ashley (Nick), Janel, and Dilan (Julianne); and his cherished grandchildren, Liam and Emily. He also leaves behind many extended family members, his cats (Toulouse and Bernie) and dear friends whose lives were touched by his friendship and generosity.
Allan was predeceased by his parents, Emily and Fred Fidyk.
Allan’s strength, loyalty, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
