Charlie was born December 25, 1946 in Melfort Saskatchewan to Ronald and Stella (O’Brien) Parfitt. He married Bernice Scott on November 28, 1970. They had three children, Tammie, Theresa and Ronald. During the married years they lived in Melfort, Prince Albert and Spruce Home. Charlie passed away peacefully on August 22, 2019 in the Victoria Hospital Prince Albert Saskatchewan. Charlie was predeceased by his parents Ronald and Stella Parfitt, his maternal and paternal grandparents, his father and mother in-law Horace Scott and Lillian Kletchko and numerous other family members. Charlie is survived by his wife Bernice of 48 years. His children Tammie (Ken) Bock and sons Karson, Dylan and Blair, Theresa (Neil) Reidford, daughter Victoria and Ronald (Laura) Parfitt. Charlie’s siblings, Pat (Calvin) Davidson, Beth (Dennis) Woolsey, Valorie (John) Anderson, Cecil (Debbie) Parfitt, Ruth (George) Moskal, Charlotte (Russell) Scott, and their families. Charlies in-laws Edward (Eileen) Scott, Mary Scott and Roseanne Mark and their families. Charlie loved visiting family especially his children and grandchildren.
