I just came across Gary's obituary and I am so surprised and saddened. I knew Gary many years ago while working for Melfort Co-op back in 1980 - 81. At that time Gary was in his mid 20's and was newly hired as Meat Manager. He was kind and a great guy to spend time with. Even after all the years I would have remembered his most distinctive laugh had I ever heard it along life's journey. My sincere condolences to the Kowalchuk family. Rest In Peace Gary.

To Lisa and Family. I didnt realize Gary was illl till we were in Hospital together at the same time. Mabel and I send our Sympathies to you all.
