Fran was a wonderful cousin with whom I kept in touch intentionally since my trip out there in 2003. I was so happy to have the phone calls or emails keeping me posted on family news. Our mothers were sisters and BC is my home.
Fran always signed her notes From Cousin Fran, a manner she chose to distinguish herself by.
