To the Bednarz Family I thoroughly enjoyed working with Irene at the Coach and 3 and later at Smitty's. As you already know she was one of the best cooks in Melfort. The kitchen at Smitty's was alive with chatter when you had the 'girls' working, Natalie, Helen, Mrs. Tremblay, and at the Coach Nettie. What fun they had.
