William Michael Kulcher was born at home just west of Kinistino on July 5th 1931. He passed away at Jubilee Lodge in Kinistino on March 3, 2020. Bill is survived by his six children, thirty-three grand children, and twenty-six great grand children: Diane (Carl) Chubak Sheila (Richie) Edwardsen Joanne (Barry) Day Lionel (Gail) Kulcher Anita (Parker) Cardinal Douglas (Kate) Kulcher He also leaves to mourn in his passing; Gary (Sandy) Hills and family, his brother Buck (Hazel) Kulcher, his sister Betty McClintock, his sister-in-law Leona Kulcher, and loads of extended family. Bill was predeceased by his wife Grace, his parents John and Josephine, his brother Lloyd, and his grandson Colin.
