Andrew Kucher of St. Brieux, Chateau Providence Care Home passed away suddenly on June 26, 2017. Andrew was born to Steve and Helen Kucher on January 5, 1930 at Watrous, Sask. He was the eldest of six children with one surviving sibling Alex (Doreen) Kucher. He met and married Mary Welder and together they had three children Phil (Carla) Kucher, Marilyn (Robert) Groat and Linda (Rod) Ledger. Dad loved to tease and enjoyed visiting with all and especially his 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He started as a farm boy, then he did jobs here and there, as time went on he came to the conclusion that he would rather work for himself and became a very successful businessman. Dad had many accomplishments in his life and enjoyed being a member of the Elks Lodge in Melfort working bingos. Dad loved to go dancing, listening and playing music, fishing, the outdoors, attending farm shows and driving Fords. Andrew’s family would like to thank you for attending and would like to invite you to share in refreshments and fellowship following the interment.
